Can you have a vertical scroll of image?

I want to know if there's a way to create a vertical scroll on an image in Squarespace. Say I have an image banner and when you scroll down the page the banner scrolls along the image so you see the full picture instead of seeing just the static part. 

I hope that makes sense. URL is to show reference. 

You mean effect on Features, Gallery section? It is Parallax. Some templates in SS 7.0 supported this.

Or you mean 5 dots on right of screen?
