my gmail is showing on the bottom of my blog post

Recommended Posts

It's like the standard gmail circle with the letter in the middle of it representing the first letter of the email address.

Even if was my normal email I'd like to remove it but it is a random email account that doesn't even use my name. So I especially want to remove it.

It's like the icon representing that I signed in to squarespace with gmail.

Can I remove this? Tried going through settings but can't figure it out.

Don't think I need the link the URL for this problem do I ?

Thanks

I believe you are referring to the blog author's avatar or profile image. This will default to a letter:

You can use author profiles to show your personality or distinguish between multiple authors on a blog, or you can hide them if you prefer. Take a look at the Author Profiles guide for details.
