How do I separate the browser tab title from my SEO title format?

I want my site's title on the browser's page tab, but the SEO title format overrides that. How do I separate the two?

This is what I have for my SEO title format: "Who cares about nuclear war, malicious AI, and climate change?   |   %s"

And all I want is "Haus Abgrund" on the browser tab.
