Blog Comment (without Website URL)

I'm not sure I want to collect URLS with blog comments.  Is there a way to remove this?

I have no idea where all these emails and URLs from comments are stored anyway, and I never use them.  Am I able to access them?  Or can I only see entries from the Comments section of the dashboard?  It's not important, I wouldn't know what to do with it.
