Pull gallery photos from cloud

Hi,

I'm new to building with squarespace, I looked around for populating a gallery block with photos from google drive, which from the articles I read seemed like it was not possible a year ago, but I was wondering if there is any cloud storage platform that can be used as a source for images in a gallery block?

Basically I want to pick 10 random photos from online storage, but then as I add or change the photos in the storage I don't have to go back and update the gallery block. Hope what I am trying to achieve makes sense.

Many cloud storage platforms can be used as a source for images in a gallery block. However, it is important to check with the specific platform to see if it is compatible with the gallery block. The most popular ones are iCloud and Google Photos. I use Google Photos and https://fastupload.io/en. They both have free storage for unlimited photos if you're willing to let them compress the photos slightly. You can just enter the site and see if it suits your needs. I have used these two platforms since 2018 and have never had any problems.
