I'm looking to make it so a piece of scrolling text only displays on a certain day and at a certain time. Is there an easy way to do this with custom CSS? I'm using the Bergen template, if that helps.

This text only shows on one page or may be many pages? Does it look same as the scrolling text of Squarespace?

I just need it to show on one page (could also show on all if that's easier to do), and if there's a way to use the Squarespace scrolling text block that would be good, but I'm open to scrolling text made through CSS.
