Need help with customized displaying technical features

Hi all,

 

I need help! I am building a website for rather specialized tech company and they want to display their features and specifications in a certain way that is not an option in Squarespace. They insist they want it displayed this way, so I need someone with coding experience who can help me create this.

Three or more tabs that open on hover and include tables or images and needs to scale on mobile.
