Slideshow as banner with navigation and text?

Hi all, I'm totally new here. I tried my best to find the answer to this because I'm sure it's been asked before, but no luck. The link referenced is NOT the site I'm working on, it's the site I'm trying to rebuild in Squarespace for my client. I simply want a banner that has a slideshow as you can see in the example. It plays on its own. And I'm able to add text. Is there a particulate template that will allow this or something I can do without code? AND can I control the height of the banner? Thanks for any help you can provide.

You will use Squarespace 7.0 or 7.1?

Thanks so much for your response. It looks like I've currently picked a template that is 7.1. Would something like you are mentioning with code be possible with this? I'm guessing there might be a way to hire someone to do just this one part for me? 🙂

First, add a Gallery Section > Choose layout: Slideshow & Enable Gallery Caption

Next, edit Gallery image > Add some caption

Next, share link to your site, we will give code to 

• Move caption text from under slideshow to top left corner
• Make image zoom
• Make slideshow autoscroll

First, add a Gallery Section > Choose layout: Slideshow & Enable Gallery Caption

Next, edit Gallery image > Add some caption

Next, share link to your site, we will give code to 

• Move caption text from under slideshow to top left corner
• Make image zoom
• Make slideshow autoscroll

I would like to add a slideshow that autoplays too as a background and it displays underneath the navigation menu and site logo.

Site - https://www.ioniannannies.com/

I would like it to be like this page - https://www.ioniannannies.com/destinations but as you can see there is a green bar at the top and I want the photos to play here.

Is this possible?

To remove green, add this to Design > Custom CSS
