Forms. Allowing users to save progress before submitting

Hello

I want to add a form to our website which captures extensive information from clients before we start working together.

Because it's going to require a lot of thought and information gathering, it's likely they might start filling it in, then go away and return later or another day to complete it before sending. So they need to be able to save their progress without submitting.

Is that possible? I get round it at the moment on pages where we capture the initial brief (see link) by also including a Word version to download and email.

Thanks,

Sue, Founder, Sookio

Instead of using the Form Block for this, I recommend using a third party CRM solution that can help you to not only capture this information, but also automate the next steps of your workflow for potential clients.

There are various third party solutions out there that can either be standalone or be embedded on a Squarespace page, and can ask a few questions then automatically email back the potential client to gather more detailed information if they appear to be an ideal client match. Dubsado is one example for creatives.
