Adding Custom Code for Contact Form to Direct to Multiple Emails

Hello!

I am trying to add a Contact Form to my client's website that would allow for the customer to enter their information into the fields and then select from a drop down menu to send a message. The tricky part is we want each item on the drop down menu to send to a different email address. Has anyone had experience creating code for this in the past and are able to share it with me?
