Tabs not opening when clicked on

Hi, 

I'm having a problem with my site. When on the site and hovering over the tabs it is not allowing you to click on to give you the drop-down menus or take you to the relevant page. 

I spoke to Squarespace support and they advised they ran some tests and temporarily disabled scripts and the problem was resolved. When the script was enabled again the problem came back. 

I am not too sure how to resolve this problem and would appreciate the advice on how to fix this.

You need to remove the "mega menu" custom code that you (or one of your administrators) added to the site. It is overriding the default Squarespace behaviour and causing the issues you mention.

Custom code is most likely to have been installed in

• Design > Custom CSS
• Settings > Advanced > Code Injection
