Adapt page to screen size - No Scroll

Hi there, 

I'm trying to remove the ability to scroll so that the website is just static when viewed on mobile and desktop. - See attached Video. It almost works but there is a tiny bit of scrolling. 

Does anyone have any tips on how to have the page adapt to all screen-sizes?

Try adding this to Design > Custom CSS
