EllieM
Hey Guys, I'm hoping someone can help. I have two websites both doing different things. The old 7.0 website, when a client enquires via the contact form it comes into our inbox and when I press reply it automatically added the clients address. My new 7.1 website, when a client enquires via the contact form it comes into our inbox and when I press reply it automatically adds the 'no-reply@squarespace.info' address and not the clients address. Does anyone know what I need to do to make this auto generate the clients email? Thanks 🙂 Link to comment
derricksrandomviews
Make sure in edit that you have connected to your email address and that you require an email before the message can be submitted. The contact form setup is the same for both 7.0 and 7.1. If the form is setup correctly I would create a new one on the page test it and if it works delete the old one. Link to comment

The reply-to address can only use the client's email address if they have provided their email address in an Email field (one with the envelope icon), not a text field. Did this help?
