Font Sizes in Portfolio (or Gallery) Title/Descriptions

I can't find where to adjust the font sizes for these descriptions. It is a gallery inside a portfolio. I've tried all the options in the Portfolio headers, etc. in the site styles.

The password for this site is: zaradesign

I think it is Paragraph Font, you try checking it again in Site Styles > Fonts

Or add this to Design > Custom CSS

/* gallery caption font */
p.gallery-caption-content {
    font-size: 18px !important;
}
