page-description Help please! the site is missing SEO, general, social for updating SEO

Hello, 

I'm trying to update the SEO but the gear icon is missing to update the page description and page titles. Does anyone know how to fix this? 

You have to hover your mouse over a page in the list to see the gear icon – is it still not showing when you mouseover one of the pages?

It looks like you might be dealing with a link to the page versus the page itself. Look for the pages in the Not Linked section.

I am having the same issue with a client site. Neither of those suggestions helped though. Did you figure out how to solve your issue? Or was there another workaround? Thank you.
