Smooth scroll not accurate

Hi there,

First of all I would like to say hello to everyone and also thanks in advance.

And now it goes my question.

I have added a couple of codes to use smooth scroll on my website.

It has worked, but there is one issue.

On the mobile version, it does not scroll to the point desired.

It scrolls to the section below.

Any idea about how to solve this?
