Navigation Submenus Blocked

On our homepage, when you hover over the navigation menus, only the first subsection appears - it looks like the rest fall "behind" the image scroll in the next section.  My team that manages the website has very little, to no, actual experience with website design or maintenance, so this may be an easy fix that is outside of our expertise.

Try adding to Home > Design > Custom Css

}
