How do I change a gallery page within an index to full bleed?

I have a slideshow on the home page. It is an index page and within the index page there is a gallery page (slideshow), followed by gallery page and other pages. I want to make the first gallery page (slideshow) full bleed and want padding on the rest of the pages. Is there a code that will help in achieving that?

Add to Design > Custom CSS > Then save & reload the site
