How to Redirect after a form completion with an Embedded Widget?

Hi my client has a booking page set up with a Widget from Vagaro.

She's hoping to have the page redirect to a thank you page after someone books through the widget in order for Google Ads to track the conversion. 

Is there a way for this to happen with custom code? The widget is included on the page with a code block.

The best bet for your first step would be to contact the widget author and ask if they've have this feature available in the code.

Appreciate the response. Unfortunately their support told me it's not an available feature they provide. So I was hoping for another possible work-around.
