Deleting White Space From Top Of Photo Gallery Within Project In A Portfolio

Hello There,

I'm just getting going on designing my website and am looking for advice on how to delete white space within a project in a portfolio.  Right now there is far to much white space between the section above which has descriptive text.  Can this be deleted without code or if there a way with code to do this if not?  See screenshot below for the area in question.  Any help would be greatly appreciated it!
