Burger Menu Issues- Mobile Not Working & Desktop Certain Pages Correspond

On the homepage, my burger menu automatically selects one of the pages on the menu.

But when I am on the burger menu in another page, it operates just fine. on Mobile, the burger menu does not work at all...

Please help. Thank you.
