Navigation bar disappearing

Hello!

After the recent update, my navigation bar disappeared for a bit. After I deleted some code, it reappeared for me but my friend checked on her end and it still shows that it's not there.

I tried on my iPhone/Safari as well as asked some other friends to check for me and they're able to see it.

I have been applying to jobs with this portfolio so I don't want the navigation bar to disappear for those hiring managers.

Is there a way to fix this or what's going on? (I've highlighted the differences in the screenshots.

If no other items than Work and About it works fine for me using chrome.
