Organizing Google Search Engine Results

Hi there,

I'm not sure exactly how to word this, but I am wondering if there's anyway to have all my pages be nested under my homepage in Google Search Results. My site is indexed, and I have a site map uploaded, but I want my results to show up neatly organized like the screengrab (Example.png). My site is only showing 1/2 nested pages depending on the search terms.

Can anyone advise? Thank you!

Hi @TheBrattleboro - the additional "Sitelinks" that display below the main result are selected by Google based on what the algorithm thinks will be useful for a particular user's search term. This means that the set of sitelinks shown for your site may vary from one search to another depending on the search query the user entered.

There's no way to directly control whether sitelinks are displayed, or what sitelinks are displayed. Generally having a clean, simple site architecture and navigation structure will help, but ultimately the algorithm will decide what to include.

See more info from Google Search Central here: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/appearance/sitelinks

Hope that helps,

- Ed
