How can I move the Contact us link between login and the shopping cart?

Hi,

I am new to this and I am using 7.0 brine template.

I would like to move the Contact us link beside the shopping cart, how can I do this?

Right now the link is on the secondary nav menu.

Add to Design > Custom CSS

nav.Header-nav.Header-nav--secondary {
    order: 7 !important;
    position: relative;
    left: -25px;
}
