Embedded Google Sheet Query Function NOT Working

I'm trying to embed a spreadsheet I've created on Google Sheets which uses a query function to display results from a selected item in a dropdown menu. 

When I "publish to web" and embed the code (using the steps in this video) it does not allow me to use the dropdown menu function in my Google Sheet to yield the query results. See here. Ideally, a visitor would use the dropdown menu to select the caliber they're wanting information on and the query results would show them what is available in that caliber. 

Here is the sheet I'm trying to embed. I would like it to look just like this on the website and function how it functions on Google Sheets.
