gift card not showing with other products

Hi! 

We have all of our products managed by Shopify but displaying on our page via code. I recently added a gift card as a product in Shopify, in the very same way that we add the physical products, and it does not show on our site with the other products. Shopify said to ask if Squarespace only allows for "physical" products to be displayed. Squarespace sent me here to ask. Any thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. 

So that it is clear, I added the gift card as a product, made it "available", connected it via tags to the collection we have of products currently showing on our site. 

I will also add that I just recently took over the updates on the website from someone who no longer works with us and not sure where to start here or if there is an entirely "better" way to do all of this. I welcome your feedback on this too.
