Checkout button redirect to email and Shopping cart expanded at the bottom of the page

Hello,

1. Could You, please, advise, if it is possible to redirect the Checkout button from the Shopping cart page (or from the Product forms button)? To email. 

2. Is it possible to expand the Shopping cart at the bottom of the page, when Order has been created?

Expected would be, that the client Creates an order and after that gets a notification on screen that we will contact you soon to confirm your order. And it would be perfect if Shopping would be more visible.
