Creating a custom Member Area dashboard

Hi guys,

My website is currently under construction and I have member areas at different price points with different benefits for subscribers to my website.

I've done a lot of looking around for ideas on how to make my members area dashboard more 'dashboard-y'.

I can't really find a solution for it anywhere that would allow me to make something along the lines of what I'm going for.

Ideally, I'd like to display each member's personal order information, invoices, status, etc. Whatever sort of data I am able to integrate into my dashboards to give a more 'personal touch'.

If this isn't possible, is it still at least possible to have a section that links to a 3rd party provider that would allow me to display this information to individual members?

Basically, I'd like to add a more 'personal' touch to each of the available tiered dashboards that essentially pulls information from the squarespace account panel and displays it in my members area dashboards. Or if that is a feature not currently available/implemented, are there any/other 3rd party options available that would allow me to do this?

Many thanks!

Squarespace have deliberately designed the Member Area account panel to display Squarespace-based information, such as their subscription information in a protected space. It is not possible to add more information to this panel or to easily obtain this information and display it elsewhere on the site. You may be able to pull third-party information onto a Member Area page but the extent to which you can do this will depend on the third party service you are using and any APIs they provide. It won't be possible to pull third-party information into the account panel.

Hi there! I just your members area and (1) it looks great! (2) I noticed you were able to customize the links for the members - could you please let me know how you did that? Mine is stuck on commerce only options (like orders, payment etc.) and that's highly irrelevant to my site. Thanks so much!

I think this is a vital thing to be able to do.

WordPress ACF fields is the reason why so much power/customisation can be formulated.
Even a simple form design - where the fields are displayable to the client, and we can append additional data based on user context (category/membership or product) would go a long way to improving squarespace.

Another way of doing this, is providing us with a custom file area where we can upload a custom PHP. with json data or something - utilising your API for templating/theme.

The only reason why anyone would want this, is because Squarespace is already so good/productive in other areas and it seems a shame to have to use an entirely new system for some basic limitations.
