images How to achieve smooth slide in and slide up of images and text

I'm curious how to get the very smooth slide in of the top image on the first page, and also the smooth slide up of large text further down the page. I have a squarerefresh plugin that does something similar on text, but not images. Can someone advise? It makes for a very nice feeling.

Can you share some example for your requirement? And which parts on your site do you need the effect?

The first image on the site mentioned. I want to be able to do that with any image.
