Squarespace only letting me set up one automation

Hi

I am trying to set up an email automation campaign, I currently already have one live for subscribers however when I try to set up a second one for customers, it just schedules as a regular campaign.

Per my subscription I should be allowed to set up unlimited automation emails. Can someone help?
