How to add a FLIPBOOK

I'm trying to upload a flipbook made with InstantFlipbook but I don't understand how to do this.

Has anyone else added a flipbook to their website?

I've attached the instructions provided by InstantFlipbook which reads like a foreign language to me.  I also contacted InstantFlipbook and they simply told me the same thing as their instructions - which doesn't help because I don't understand!!!  I did download Filezilla.  But I have no idea where to find the information filezilla wants.

I really hope I've posted this in the correct forum and someone can help me!

It is not possible to upload zip folder.

Can you send zip file? We can take a look to see if have any other approaches
