Second navigation content changes from actual content and duplicates the links which are supposed to be different

Hello, I was wondering why the second navigation content changes from actual content and duplicates the links which are supposed to be different.

Correct links should be these:

Instead it shows this below, and you can see the change in the video when I refresh the site. I've tried clearing the cache but it still does the same. I wonder what could cause this? Would appreciate any help. Thanks so much in advance!

Hi BaNgan, haven't figured it out yet. I temporarily moved the "Call us..." to the primary nav for now, but when I move it back to the second nav, it still shows as duplicate "Contact Us".

Also you may notice, it only says "Contact Us" on the homepage but when you go to other pages, it has the correct "Get in touch" text and the "Call us" (when moved back to the second nav like in the picture) . I'm not sure why this is happening. Customer support said it might be because of the custom font? I've disabled the custom Poppins font for now but it's still the same. 

Would appreciate any help. Thanks!!
