Adding a drop-down menu to a useable page

When using Folders to create drop-down menus, the original page in the drop-down menu has no content.

I would like to be able to have an About page, which when clicked on people can read what we're about, but I also want that when the cursor hovers over the About tab, more options come up. Exactly the same as how this website functions: https://www.iihealthfoods.com/our-products/ambient/

You can add About page Folder, add some items, then share link to your site, we can give some code to make About title clickable

The site is private. Can you setup an access password & share url again?
