How to display blog summary (carousel) in hover tabs

Hi everyone,

I want to display a summary of blog posts on the home page using hover tabs so when you hover your mouse on the text, it will display 3 of the recent posts for that category. For an example of how I want it to look here is a reference website: https://www.healendo.com/

I have figured out how to code for the hover tabs, but I don't know how to add the summary-block (carousel).

I have been trying to do inspect element and see if I can grab the code for the summary block but I'm not getting any success.

It looks like they used Accordions Tab Plugin + Some custom code to make tab appear on hover
