how to mobile hover over change menu color

Hi, 
does somebody knows how i can change my mobile menu hover color to red? It seems only the last three ones work, but not the first 4 rows. Instead these are underlined, which i would like to loose also.

this is only issue on mobile . Only the first 4 dont work. (home, portfolio, shop, blog)

yes i still need help on this. i have not done anything after this post. but i see you are right. i must  have removed while i was doing the shoping cart probably.

 At any case i wouldnt mind this variation, neither,. Just the consistency with underlined menu contect "Home, portfolio, shop, blog," would be great to be red when active.
