Ä-ö letters replaced by nonsense in email forms and Instagram shop integration

Site URL: https://www.xocolab.fi/tuotteet/konvehtirasiat

Our site in finnish where we use ä,ö letters. Everything has been fine until I added a new email form on a new page and Instagram shop integration to commerce. The letters (ä,ö) are replaced with nonsense, example the word "sähköposti" on the form we receive to our email is "Sähköposti".

Bigger issue is the integrated Instagram shop. Since it works directly with Squarespace commerces text, i cannot change it at all on Instagram side. It pulls the same text whats on the site link posted. Text gets changed to "Kaunis suklaarasiamme täynnä parhaita käsintehtyjä ...." it even turn some non ä,ö letters to jibberish.

Wheres the fault? Any help?
