Domain name transfer

Hello, I am having trouble transferring my domain name to squarespace. It is with Honcho. It has been like the attached screenshot since Sunday and won't let me do anything. My domain provider have asked me to provide them with the following information - Please send us your A-RECORD and CNAME to update, you can ask SquareSpace for these

All the help pages are like gobbledygook to me, I am by no means and IT savy person but I just want to get my website launched!!

The information they require is in this help document: DNS records for connecting third-party domains. Note that the first CNAME record is unique to your site, so you'll need to follow the directions in the guide (linked above) to obtain this. The second CNAME and the A records are listed in the document.

This for this Paul, the problem I am also having is that it won't let me access my domains page - it just keeps thinking. I have been able to see the list of information previously but now it is just thinking and wont re-load the page so I can't access any of the information. See the image.

I'd love to help but I cannot resolve technical issues with the domains panel. If it isn't working, check that you have no browser add-ons affecting it (perhaps try an incognito/private window) and if it doesn't work correctly, please contact Squarespace Customer Care directly.
