Drop down menu Nav, remove white space from header nav Squarespace 7.0

I dropped down the navigation title links to be in the middle of the logo, however now the nav link folders show up weird on the desktop

Current code for the navigation links:

   position:relative;
bottom: -50px;
}

a.Header-nav-folder-title {
    position:relative;
bottom: -50px;
}

current code for the logo:

any ideas on code for the drop down menu folder (see the one that is marked on the attachment)?

also code to reduce the top white space?
