Click button for popup instead of new tab

I want to make a button link to either a popup window or ideally a pop up page not a new tab.

Hi, This button is linked to a paperform quoting page but instead of it opening a new tab when you click it i would like it to open up a popup or at least a new window. Thank you

With this feature, I usually use 3rd party plugin or free code from Codepen

How did you do that? I wanted to do something similar in a section, but couldn't find a way to add a popup.

You want to click button > Open a lightbox or? In lightbox, it will be a form or?
