Help with banner on non-profit site

Hi there.  

My banners are getting cropped on mobile devices.  It's not too bad, however, I have a banner that's mostly text and it gets cut off on phones so I can't use it.  Any help is appreciated.  I've attached a draft of the banner I was hoping to include that's getting cut off.  

Which page are you referring to? I don't see that image on homepage

I'm referring to the home page.  It's not currently there as it looked terrible on the mobile site and couldn't leave it there as people.  You will see other photos on the mobile home page that are cut off to give you an idea.  Is there code I can add to my css to tell it to resize image to fit on a mobile phone?

Can you share link to your site? Above site is not Squarespace.
