When anyone opens the Upcoming Events page, it displays however, when you ask to "see more events" when it open it just keep flashing and you can't see the events.

As @creedon says, this issue is being caused by third party calendar code, so you'll need to contact the provider of the code to help you to troubleshoot it.

The code may not be installed properly or was not designed to work with SS.

I would say this is an issue with that particular code and not a fault in SS.

I don't have a solution as it looks like it would take some amount of time to try to figure out what the issue is.
