anchor How to link to a form created in the cover page?

I have created a form in a cover page, it pops up when I click the RSVP button. I believe that the id is "#yui_3_17_2_1_1659983005302_263". But when I like anything to mitsuelisa.com/wedding#yui_3_17_2_1_1659983005302_263 only the cover page shows up. So, I guess it doesn't work as an anchor? Or I got the wrong id? How can I link it to this form?

It appears you want to be able to provide a URL to the wedding page that will automatically pop the form when the URL is visited without having to click the RSVP button?
