Carousel 3 options arent showing on mobile always

Hi i'm hoping someone can help me.

I have 3 options "Medical directory" "Sports directory" "Medical directory" which is css coded to make it appear as 3 options in a row on mobile. However, sometimes it only is showing on mobile as one option to the left.

it should appear as the 3 options.

Also on my articles the title is super large on mobile and wont work when I make it smaller
