Is there a way to print out a list of items that have pending orders?

I am trying to find a way to make fulfillment of product easier than having to sift through all the order invoices for deliveries that are made the same day. Right now we print each invoice and then have to sit there and count up how many of each product that has been order for each week, then go pull it. We would like to be able to print a list of all the products added up such as a list that say 5 of product A and 8 of product B. Then we can separate out the products once pulled. Is this possible using Squarespace or are there other ways that anyone has gone about doing something like this?
