No. Weglot translations are not pages and do not count towards the page limit.

However, I recommend you think of 400 pages as the limit. Although a site can technically have up to 1000 pages, Squarespace don't recommend adding more than 400 pages. This is because sites with more than 400 pages will load slowly, especially on mobile devices, and I can testify that performance gets increasingly worse as more than 400 pages are added.
