Members Welcome Email Message is not the custom message I have added - how to fix this?

We have set up custom messaging for when members sign up to the site. 

The test emails are correct, however when a real member signs up, the text is not what we have written ?

 

Our site doesn't sell products, we need to change this to the custom copy, I just can't find where to do and activate this? 

 

Please help. 

The image on the left if the custom copy, the image on the right is what the customer actually receives.

The two screenshots are of different customer notifications. The first screenshot is of the 'Membership Welcome' notification. 

Your second screenshot is of the 'Account Created' notification. You'll find this in Commerce > Customer Notifications > Customer Accounts > Account Created.
