The code snippet is for Summary Blocks only but your screenshot shows a "List Section".

List Sections use a different technology called CSS Grid where each item is placed within the fixed grid. CSS Grid isn’t suited to alignment across an entire row because of crisscrossing tracks blocking the way (see below).

Do you still need help with List Content?

I see you changed to Image/Text with Fluide Engine to achieve this?
