Anyone have any ideas how to troubleshoot this? This is the message I get when I log onto the Dashboard: "There was a problem with your email address We couldn’t reach the email address lmcvay@svs-training.com." Link to comment
creedon Posted August 2, 2022 Share Posted August 2, 2022 (edited) The first easy thing I'd try is to remove and re enter the email address for the form Storage option. Next. Are you receiving other emails normally at that address? If so that would indicate that your email address is working in general. Your next step is probably SS customer service as there isn't anything we can do to fix SS's backend, if that is indeed the issue. Let us know how it goes. So, 1) I am receiving other emails at that email address. 2). I am not a 'techie' type so...not sure exactly what you are referring to when you say: "remove and re enter the email address for the form Storage option".
