Align Columns and Bulleted Text on Desktop View

When viewing columns I coded in a text block, the two columns aren't aligned horizontally. The second column is a tad higher. I have inputted code for columns and custom bullets. When removing the bullets from the columns, they align perfectly fine. Its the custom bullets that are making the text unaligned. Please help!
