colour-changing scrollbar, single page

Hello, 

I am designing a Pride page. I would like to have a scrollbar that changes colour as you scroll, covering the pride flag colours. Is there a way to do this, and only have this scroll bar design occur on that single page?

The idea: the scroll bar will start off as red, and then gradually fade (not sudden changes -- see gradient photo for idea) to orange, yellow, green, blue, and finally purple at the bottom. 

I appreciate any support people can provide. No page up yet, about to start the page from scratch.

Do you mean changing this scrollbar's color as you scroll down on a specific page? At one time, it will only have one color for scroll bar right?

Hello Bangank36, 

The scrollbar can appear as either a gradient or single colour each time; quite flexible in that regard.
